response from property -Good afternoon Zak, Thank you for reaching out to Bellamy Daytona. We always welcome feedback from our residents and their guests. It's through feedback that allows our team to provide the quality resident and customer service we are known for. Zak, please know we have recently updated our parking policy for our guests. All residents who are having company must obtain a visitor pass from our office. Guests are only allowed to park at our community for a consecutive of 48 hrs . Our community also has designated parking spots for visitors in front of buildings 1, 2 and 5. All other parking spots are designated for our residents and not their guests. Should you need any additional information about parking while visiting our community please have your friend visit our leasing office or call us at 386-400-2569. submitted by Patrick E. - |Recommended: NoNot meeting expectations... — I wanted to wait a bit before filling this out but I think now is a good time. I have been here since August and it's a bit much. Walls are paper thin, nothing stopping the sound of neighbors. Peoples pets have been a real issue recently, there is urine and feces on the stairs and in the hallway to my apartment everyday, I watched one of the neighbors just let their puppy out of the door and had it go to the bathroom right there, honestly then he tried to call the dog back in but saw me and proceeded to walk down stairs with it. There are stains on the walls of the walkway, stains on the stairs and all along the path to my apartment. I am also a bit disappointed that 2 months after I was there I got calls and emails about deals to re-sign but now no deals, I don't mean to tell you how to do your job but I have a bit of property management experience and maybe in the future wait a bit and see who you want to stay and offer those people the deals, I have been a good tenant, pay on time if not early, keep my place clean and have no animals doing their business all over. It's doubtful I will be renewing especially with the insult of being charged full price for all of what I listed above. It's just been disappointing because I really like all the office staff I have interacted with and I am sure they are getting burnt out from how the people their treat the property.
